In today’s world, finding time to be “mindful” can seem like a virtually impossible task. Nearly everything seems more important than “doing nothing.”
However, the toll that the stress of everyday living can take on your body is considerable, even though you may be so used to it, you don’t feel it. You just know you are in a constant state of anxiety.
Craig Goldberg, President of inHarmony Interactive, explains how he too used to struggle with any kind of meditation, but shares how he found a tool and new ways to hack the process of mindfulness.
The key to getting into a daily practice for Craig was understanding what happens when we close our eyes to meditate: What’s happening in the mind and body, what does the science say? Why is it so powerful?
Craig has a talent for making complex research super simple and easy to understand.

PROPOSED INTERVIEW TOPIC TITLE #2:
What is Tech-Assisted Meditation?
TARGET AUDIENCE: Individuals experiencing high levels of stress and anxiety, wellness enthusiasts, mental health professionals, tech-savvy individuals, and anyone interested in innovative relaxation techniques.
INTERVIEW TOPIC DESCRIPTION
“Tech got us into this mess, Tech can get us out”.
Craig Goldberg, President and Certified Vibro-Acoustic Therapy Practitioner at inHarmony Interactive, believes we are sitting on the brink of society collapsing, and it’s not what you think. The collective mental health of our community is at risk. Too many of us are walking around in a triggered, sympathetic nervous system response, otherwise known as fight or flight.
Originally reserved for intense, short-lived situations, this nervous system response is designed to get us out of trouble: Fight, run, or work through a short-term situation. However, many of us spend entire days in fight or flight.
Many of us are in this nervous system response for good reason. Sometimes it’s from watching the news on television, a scary movie, or our favorite daytime drama. Potential triggers could be a family member doing “that thing” again, or a notification that keeps going off on our phone. Sometimes it’s as simple as reading an email from work, or doing anything related to a job we hate. Traffic on our normal route making us late or that coupon-cutter in front of us at the grocery store, all can put us in a stressed and anxious state.
These triggers are all around us and technology is at the core of many of them. Finding ways to relax is becoming more and more difficult, especially in our big cities. Access to nature, large bodies of water, regular exercise, yoga, and meditation are great ways to reset your nervous system. For some, these acts are not enough, or they’re wound so tight, they can’t enjoy these experiences. Sometimes we need a little boost to combat this bombardment on our nervous system.
Meditation is one of the most powerful tools we have to calm and relax the mind and body. However, many people simply cannot meditate for a variety of reasons: They can’t quiet their minds; they can’t stop thinking about the future or the past… they simply cannot sit still for 20 minutes. Tech-Assisted Meditation is the answer using sound and vibration.
Full-body sound and vibration are the boosts we all need to know about. Sound and vibration sends messages directly to our muscles and nervous system telling them to relax. When the brain feels and hears the same frequencies, something magical happens: We relax.
This is one conversation every one of your listeners will be interested in. This topic is ideal for anyone with a brain and a nervous system. Let’s have some fun and teach your listeners how to relax and take control of their life again!
